Bravo estranged couple Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright are set to rule another city tomorrow night when they reunite for a star-studded White House Correspondents’ Association dinner as DailyMail.com’s guests of honor.
Two months after announcing their split, Jax, 44, and Brittany, 35, will meet a host of Hollywood stars and political elite when they join SNL host and event MC Colin Jost and President Joe Biden for the prestigious soiree.
Amid the dramatic launch of their new reality TV show The Valley and ongoing public speculation surrounding their breakup, Jax and Brittany, who share three-year-old son Cruz, are sure to set DC’s tongues wagging with their appearance.
Marking their first ever attendance at the WHCA Dinner, the duo expressed their excitement at joining DailyMail.com, with father-of-one Jax saying: “I’m really looking forward to attending the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.” This will definitely be one of the highlights of my life and a wonderful evening.

Brittany added: “I am honored to be invited to attend the White House Correspondents’ Dinner! This will be an unforgettable night and I am so excited to attend alongside so many amazing people.”
This event comes two months after the duo surprised fans with the news of their separation after four years of marriage and nine years together.
At the time, the duo announced the news of their separation after rumors of marital problems.
At the time of their split, Brittany admitted: “Jax and I have been spending some time apart, and I’ve made the decision to move out to take some space for my mental health.”
Just a few weeks ago, Brittany finally revealed the reason for their split in an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, insisting it had nothing to do with their return to reality TV in The Valley, which sees the pair documenting their new lives as parents. From a young child.

“It wasn’t because we were on a TV show. It was just because of the way we interacted with each other time after time after time.
“And I knew I had to figure out what I wanted to do for my future and make things a very positive living situation for my son.” That’s all I care about.
Brittany also admitted that the couple was under financial pressure when they were fired from Vanderpump Rules in 2020 — which contributed to fractures in their marriage.
In another shocking development, DailyMail.com reported just yesterday that Brittany and Jax were planning to expand their family before their split.
During a chat with former co-star Shayna Shay about her pregnancy plans, Brittany was asked if she and Jax were thinking about getting a sibling for Cruise.
“Yes, this month we are officially trying,” she replied.
The timing of the video conversation is uncertain, but it likely occurred during filming of Season 11 of VPR, which took place between June and September 2023.
This confession comes after Brittany admitted to DailyMail.com that she and Jax were in a good mood weeks before their split.
“Everything is going well with Jax, he’s a great dad, and it made me fall in love with him even more,” the TV star said at the time.

Afterwards, they welcomed their son Cruz and faced a slew of relationship challenges, which they struggled to overcome, and soon had no choice but to go their separate ways.
The former lovebirds have also kept in touch with the former Vanderpump Rules stars. Their second spinoff, The Valley, premiered on Bravo on March 19.
But government officials and celebrities will see them again in the same room together at the WHCA dinner.

Lisa was joined by her Rules co-star Ariana Madix, who is in the wake of the breakdown of her recent relationship with Tom Sandoval.
In previous years, local goddess Martha Stewart has attended the event as a celebrity guest of the Daily Mail. A snapshot of Martha with Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson, who were making their first public appearance as a couple at the time, went viral.
The dinner is an annual fundraising event held by the White House Correspondents’ Association to raise money for journalism scholarships.
Last year, former Daily Show host Trevor Noah, the first comedian to headline the event since Michelle Wolf in 2018, moderated the party.
It brings journalists, politicians and celebrities under one roof for a rare night away from politics where the rich can let their hair down.
For years, comedians have lampooned political leaders and journalists alike at Correspondents’ Dinners. Previous hosts have included Conan O’Brien, Jimmy Kimmel and Seth Meyers.
Every president since Calvin Coolidge has attended the WHCA’s annual dinner except Trump.
