North Korea’s Korean Central News Agency reported that a high-level North Korean delegation is making a rare foreign visit to Iran. The last time Pyongyang officials made an announced trip to Tehran was in 2019.
The agency reported that a delegation headed by North Korean Foreign Economic Relations Minister Yoon Jong-ho left for Iran by plane on Tuesday. The Korean Central News Agency did not reveal further details about the visit.

Pyongyang and Tehran denied the allegations, while Russia insisted that it relied on domestically produced weapons in its military operation.
