The Buffalo Bills helped the Kansas City Chiefs draft Patrick Mahomes.
Seven years later, the Bills once again helped the Chiefs to the NFL Draft, giving Mahomes Texans wide receiver Xavier Worthy and leaving fans stunned.

“This is why KC has the Bills,” one fan tweeted.
“Don’t worry Bills fans, the Falcons saved you from the worst draft,” a second fan posted.
Atlanta’s selection of Michael Penix Jr. eighth overall after recently signing veteran quarterback Kirk Cousins was the most controversial decision of the night.
But the Falcons aren’t trying to get past the leaders in the AFC, and haven’t suffered particularly painful losses to Mahomes’ teams in recent seasons.
That honor falls to Buffalo, which fell 27-24 to Kansas City in the divisional round last year and was on the wrong end of a 42-36 overtime rout in 2021 that led to an NFL rule change.
“The Bills just lost to KC again,” one fan tweeted.
“Are the Bills being completely rebuilt?” a second fan asked.
Buffalo traded No. 1 wide receiver Stefon Diggs to the rookie Houston Texans earlier this offseason.

On Thursday, the Bills shipped the 28th pick in the first round to the Chiefs along with their fourth-round pick (No. 133).
Buffalo scored the final pick of the first round (No. 32) and third-rounder (No. 95).
But then the Bills traded the No. 32 pick to Carolina, while the Chiefs used the No. 28 wide receiver who set the NFL Combine record for the fastest 40-yard dash time (4.21 seconds) in history.
Mahomes already has Travis Kelce and Hollywood Brown as receiving options, while Andy Reid just signed a contract extension through 2028.
Worthy has already been compared to DeSean Jackson, who was one of the most dangerous receivers in the NFL for Philadelphia.
The Chiefs have beaten the Bills in three of their last four playoff games.
Kansas City moved forward again in the first round of the draft, despite entering Thursday with the final pick and dealing with the fallout from wide receiver Rashie Rice’s off-field issues.
It was another great move by the Super Bowl champion Chiefs.
It was another Buffalo decision that could haunt Bills fans for years to come.
